Roles and responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings and site visits with potential buyers or tenants
- Provide accurate information about properties, prices, and payment plans
- Negotiate deals and ensure both parties are satisfied with the agreement
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trends, and legal regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Coordinate with developers, property owners, and legal teams for smooth transactions
- Guide clients through booking procedures, documentation, and DLD registration.
- List properties on online portals and company CRM systems with detailed and attractive descriptions
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate records of leads and deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and campaign support.
- Attend developer training sessions and project launches to stay informed.
- Ensure all client interactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
- Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and open houses.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from inquiry to closing
- Ensure all required documentation is complete and submitted in a timely manner
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
