Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to buy, sell, or rent properties.
Market Trends: Stay up to date on the latest trends, property values, and market dynamics in Dubai to provide accurate advice to clients.
Listings: Manage property listings, ensuring they are up-to-date, accurately represented, and marketed effectively.
Sales and Negotiation: Lead property viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals with clients.
Networking: Actively seek new business opportunities, expand your network, and contribute to the growth of the company.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Proven sales experience in UAE Real Estate and , German, Russian, and French etc language speakers are preferred
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.nc
Self-motivated, driven, and disciplined with capability of working independently.
A valid UAE driver’s license and own transportation are preferred.
