Who We're Looking For:
- Proven real estate experience is highly preferred, but not a deal breaker
- Sales or Costumer Service experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and sales skills
- Ambitious & Goal-Oriented person
- Fluent English is a must, additional languages are plus
- Valid UAE driver's license is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively source new clients and efficiently convert qualified leads into signed buyers.
- Expert Consultation: Master developer portfolios, project timelines, and payment plans to provide accurate, expert investment advice.
- Client Management: Guide clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and project selection to final contract signing (SPA).
- Market Analysis: Stay current on Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Developer Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with major developers to secure exclusive units and the best terms for clients.
- Documentation: Prepare all necessary sales documentation, ensuring compliance with DLD and company standards.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
