Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven Real Estate Agent to support clients across buying, selling, and leasing transactions. You will guide clients through viewings, negotiations, and contract management while building long-term relationships and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct property viewings and guided tours for prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and manage contracts until deal closure.
• Provide market insights, comparative analyses, and pricing recommendations.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the transaction.
• Work exclusively with 100% generated and qualified leads — no cold calling required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid driving license and access to a car (mandatory).
• Demonstrable track record in real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation, client-service, and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of Dubai property regulations and market dynamics.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM and tech tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
