Our client, a leading real estate firm in Dubai, is looking to expand its sales team and hire experienced Real Estate Agents. The ideal candidates will be driven, target-oriented professionals with a passion for Dubai’s property market and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales and leasing process — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations with clients and landlords.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s property market trends, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance listings and visibility.
- Participate in weekly content creation (minimum one short video per week) for brand promotion.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Dubai (sales or leasing).
- RERA certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and at least one additional language such as Farsi, Hindi/Urdu, Russian, Mandarin, or Turkish.
- Fluency in multiple languages will be considered a strong advantage.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate regulations and processes.
