Description:
The Portfolio Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including off-plan and resale properties.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
2. Portfolio Management:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including market analysis, pricing, and positioning.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
- Identify opportunities for portfolio optimization and implement initiatives to enhance property value.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
4. Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Provide insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and portfolio decisions.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, acquisitions, and property management.
- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, insurance, hospitality, banking or portfolio management in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success.
3. Skills:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate market, trends, and regulations.
