Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell off-plan real estate projects to prospective clients
• Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Arrange property presentations and site visits
• Negotiate deals and close sales professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Keep updated with Dubai real estate market trends and new launches

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of sales or real estate experience preferred
• Freshers are welcome with strong interest in off-plan sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Basic understanding of real estate in Dubai is an advantage
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
