Description:

As a Property Consultant at MADA Properties, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, specializing in off-plan. You will manage the full sales cycle while leveraging our strong developer relationships, premium inventory, and internal support structure.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Proactively engage with new and existing clients and convert qualified leads into successful transactions
  • Conduct professional consultations, presenting developer projects, payment plans, and investment strategies
  • Guide clients through the full sales process — from initial inquiry to SPA signing
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up to date with DLD regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings
  • Liaise directly with top developers to secure exclusive units and competitive terms
  • Prepare and manage all required documentation in line with company and regulatory standards
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

 

 

Who We’re Looking For

 

  • Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Background in sales or customer service is highly valued
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
  • Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a strong plus
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
