Description:
As a Property Consultant at MADA Properties, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, specializing in off-plan. You will manage the full sales cycle while leveraging our strong developer relationships, premium inventory, and internal support structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with new and existing clients and convert qualified leads into successful transactions
- Conduct professional consultations, presenting developer projects, payment plans, and investment strategies
- Guide clients through the full sales process — from initial inquiry to SPA signing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring repeat business and referrals
- Stay up to date with DLD regulations, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Liaise directly with top developers to secure exclusive units and competitive terms
- Prepare and manage all required documentation in line with company and regulatory standards
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous real estate experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Background in sales or customer service is highly valued
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
- Fluent English is mandatory; additional languages are a strong plus
- UAE driving license is an advantage
