Real Estate Agent

Description:

We are seeking motivated and driven Real Estate Agents to join our growing Dubai team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will work closely with clients to buy, sell, and lease properties while providing expert market advice and outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and supporting clients in developing effective property investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and provide accurate market insights
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service
• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve successful transactions
• Support clients in developing property and investment strategies
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and company listings

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Real Estate License with strong knowledge of property laws and regulations
• Proven experience in real estate sales, leasing, or investment consultancy
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Ability to close deals and work in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous
• Proficiency in property management tools and CRM platforms is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively
