The ideal candidate will be responsible for finding prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and find living spaces that fit this criteria. You will then negotiate rent and drive our buyers to close. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

Responsibilities

• Have proven experience in Dubai real estate (rentals preferred)
• Understand Dubai communities, pricing trends, and tenant expectations
• Should be confident managing your own pipeline and negotiations
• Communicate professionally and build trust quickly with clients
• Are motivated, target‑driven, and committed to delivering results
• Are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Your Responsibilities

• Manage tenant inquiries and conduct property viewings
• Advise clients on market conditions and rental procedures
• Maintain an active pipeline of properties and clients
• Negotiate and close rental agreements
• Ensure all documentation and compliance requirements are met

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' of sales experience
• Self-motivated and entrepeneurial
• Strong communication skills
