Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, as well as provide expert guidance on the real estate market. Responsibilities include property evaluations, market research, client relationship management, and negotiation. Additionally, the Real Estate Agent will represent WOW Properties' brand and maintain the highest standard of customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property-related transactions
• Strong expertise in Sales and Customer Service within the real estate domain
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in market trends and the ability to provide informed advisory
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and technology to manage client relationships
• Prior real estate experience in the Dubai market is a strong advantage
• Valid UAE driver’s license and access to personal transportation is a plus
