We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, a proven track record in sales, and excellent negotiation skills. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and requires a proactive and client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends.
- Develop and maintain a network of clients, investors, and other real estate professionals.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
- Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials.
- Stay informed about real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Attend industry events and participate in continuous learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license in Dubai.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a real estate broker or agent.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using real estate software and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
