Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking and lead generation.
• Advise clients on property sales, rental agreements, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations on behalf of buyers and sellers.
• Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
• Assist clients with all aspects of buying, selling, or renting, from initial inquiries to final contracts.
• Work closely with other agents and our team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Secondary & Off Plans is essential.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, driven, and eager to achieve financial success.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
