Real Estate Broker

Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties while delivering excellent customer service. Fluency in both Arabic and English is required, and the candidate must hold a valid UAE driving license.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
• Provide property valuations and market insights to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
• Guide clients through the entire property transaction process.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure legal and contractual compliance.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken), is essential.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
• Real Estate Certification (RERA) is a plus.
