Key Responsibilites

• Generate and convert property sales leads.
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate.
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Negotiate and close property transactions.
• Stay updated with market trends and available inventory.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Dubai real estate brokerage experience.
• Proven sales performance and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Hindi.
• Candidates speaking Punjabi, Marathi, Telugu, Gujarati, or Urdu (Pakistan preferred) are encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented.
