Job Responsibilities:
- Generating leads and clients.
- Assist sellers and buyers with purchasing or selling the property.
- Perform comparative market analysis to provide advice on property value.
- Continue to develop network to become an area specialist in your community.
- Understand client requirements and present several options to buyers for property search to shortlist properties and finalize the deal.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Manage property resale.
- Keep up to date with market trends.
- Prepare necessary documentation.
Job Requirements:
- At Least 1 or 2 Years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in Dubai.
- With valid U.A.E driving license.
- Strong sense of responsibility and aggression.
- Good knowledge of Dubai Real Estate Industry.
- Good communication skills in English is a MUST. Other languages such as Russian, Arabic, Mandarin, and Urdu have added advantages.
- Dynamic Personality and Interpersonal Skills.
- Up-to-date with advancements in Real Estate trends.
