Responsibilities

• Building relationships with clients. Negotiating deals with clients.
• Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers.
• Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques.
• Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability.
• Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns.
• Analyzing data and market trends. Processing sales transactions.
• Demonstrating a solid understanding of the company's products or services.
• Networking to attract potential clients.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience 0 - 6 months experience but not essential.
• Sales experience.
• English speaking is a must.
• Arabic, Russian, or Chinese speakers are highly desired.
• Candidate must be living or willing to re-locate to Dubai.
