Requirements:

- Proven real estate experience is highly preferred, but not essential

- Strong sales or customer service background

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)

- Ambitious, confident, and target-driven personality

- Valid UAE driving license - mandatory

- RERA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

- Professional appearance and strong work ethics

Your Key Responsibilities

- Actively engage with clients to identify and understand their property needs

- Provide tailored solutions and expert guidance throughout the buying/selling process

- Conduct professional property viewings, handle negotiations, and close deals efficiently

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors

- Stay up to date on Dubai's real estate trends, new developments, and market insights

- Maintain an organized client database using our advanced CRM system

- Represent Societe Real Estate at events, property exhibitions, and client meetings
