Advisory and Market Research Consultancy Business seeking an individual possessing outstanding analytical skills and business acumen to fulfill the role of (Real Estate Consultant) with market insight through intensive research activity. Suitable candidates must have extensive experience preparing the highest & best land use assessments, market and financial feasibility studies for all types of real estate asset classes. You must have an established track record of strong problem-solving skills, analysing, and presenting real estate market data and formulating demand & supply forecasts. You should ideally be educated to postgraduate degree standard in real estate, business, economics, HBU, urban planning or related subjects. You are expected to be proficient in the application of the tools and techniques of real estate, HBU analyses, such as econometrics, financial modelling, development planning and risk management.

Responsibilities:

1. Comprehend client objectives and scope of work

2. Develop and implement suitable real estate research methodologies

3. Survey instrument design and analyses of primary research data

4. Collect real estate market metrics through primary and secondary research

5. Undertake site location & HBU assessments

6. Comprehensive understanding of real estate market trends

7. Data analyses and forecasting

8. Develop highest & best land use assessments and space planning

9. Financial modelling and investment analyses (HBU studies)

10. Report writing and presentation compilation

11. Client liaison, interaction, and presentation of key findings

12. Travel to different parts of GCC, Middle East and wider region to collect information and attend client meetings

1. Arabic speaker with excellent English communication and report writing skills

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

3. Superior problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative skills

4. Comprehensive knowledge of the GCC real estate market

5. Experience in managing multiple simultaneous demanding deadlines

6. Inquisitive and investigative nature

7. Understanding of economic, financial, and general business concepts & terminology

8. Understanding of / exposure to the public sector / semi-government organizations in the Gulf

9. Professional attitude and service orientation; superb team player

10. Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and real estate analysis softwares (such as, ARGUS, Synario, etc.)
