Desert Bulls Real Estate is currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for real estate, a proven track record of sales, and a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties in Dubai
- Provide guidance and assist clients with the process of buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings with clients and follow up with potential buyers or renters
- Maintain and update property listings on various online portals and our website
- Prepare and present offers to clients and negotiate contracts on their behalf
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help generate new leads and opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with the Dubai real estate market trends and regulations
- Attend networking events and other industry functions to build relationships and expand the company's reach
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
- UAE driver's license and car
- Proven track record of sales in the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulations
- Familiarity with online real estate portals and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages will be an advantage)
