Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, renting, and financing properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, handling negotiations, creating and maintaining client relationships, and staying current with market trends. Additionally, the consultant will provide training and guidance to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Atleast 1 year of experience in Dubai Offplan Market
• Proven Sales skills and ability to close deals
• Strong Negotiation skills
• Ability to conduct Training sessions for clients and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the Dubai real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
