We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Consultant to join our team in Dubai.

We partner with organizations to drive financial clarity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Role Overview
The Real Estate Consultant will provide strategic guidance and expert advisory on real estate transactions, investments, and property opportunities across the UAE and the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of UAE property laws and the ability to deliver data-driven market insights aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and investment opportunity assessments
• Advise clients on acquisitions, leasing, and development opportunities
• Manage end-to-end real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations
• Prepare analytical investment proposals and property reports
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, government authorities (DLD, RERA), landlords, and investors
• Assess property values through market data and comparative analysis
• Support clients in negotiations to maximize profitability and mitigate risks
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Completion of Dubai Land Department (DLD) qualification course (if applicable)
• Minimum 3 years of UAE real estate experience (GCC experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with excellent communication abilities
• Fluency in English; Arabic language is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
