General Responsibilities (varies by position):

• Facilitate buying, selling, and leasing of properties in specified areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs to offer the best solutions.
• Stay informed about market trends, developments, and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate viewings, negotiations, and transactions, providing exceptional service throughout the process.

Requirements:

• UAE residency with a valid driving license.
• Proven real estate experience in the applied position’s focus area (Local, Freehold, Lease, Sales, Off-Plan).
• Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English is a plus.
