Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of agents and junior managers
• Drive sales growth and manage high-value client relationships
• Create and implement strategic business plans
• Handle large-scale property portfolios and investor accounts
• Ensure full compliance with local regulations (RERA, etc.)

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in real estate (UAE market preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• RERA certification (if in Dubai)
• Proven sales and business development record
