🔹 Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Dubai real estate industry

Proven training experience, able to independently design and deliver training programs

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and energize teams

English is required as the primary working language (Chinese language is a plus)

Outstanding communication, presentation, and practical coaching skills

🔹 Responsibilities:

Conduct onboarding training for new hires and advanced training for experienced agents

Design and update training content based on market trends (sales techniques, client communication, investment value analysis, etc.)

Organize workshops, seminars, and case-sharing sessions to improve team expertise

Support the company in building a systematic and international training framework

Develop and empower a top-performing real estate sales team
