The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, able to deliver high-quality training through video lectures and live webinars, and possess deep market knowledge to upskill our sales teams for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs on Dubai’s off-plan market.
• Conduct both in-person and online training sessions, including webinars.
• Create and present training materials, video lectures, and interactive learning modules.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to agents.
• Stay updated with the latest market trends, regulations, and project launches.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in the off-plan segment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in creating digital training content and delivering online sessions.
• In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws, RERA guidelines, and market practices.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor sales professionals.
