MTS Group of companies headquarter based in UAE. We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate - Off -plan Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for assisting clients with their property needs, conducting market research, and managing property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors

* Understand client needs and provide tailored property solutions

* Schedule and conduct property viewings

* Stay updated on market trends, new projects, and competitors

* Match client requirements with properties accurately

* Assist in buying, selling, residential, and commercial property deals

* Ensure all paperwork, contracts, and legal documentation are complete and compliant

What We’re Looking For:

* Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (Off-Plan) with closing experience

* Strong knowledge of Dubai property laws, regulations, and market trends

* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and sales skills

* Proficient in real estate software and online marketing platforms

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

* Ready to start immediately
