Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Source and attract top real estate talent through networking, job boards, and referrals.
- Conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the onboarding process.
Training & Development:
- Create and deliver training programs on sales techniques, market trends, compliance, and technology tools.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and workshops to help agents succeed.
Retention & Mentorship:
- Foster a supportive work environment to promote retention and professional growth.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and conduct exit interviews to improve strategies.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive insights.
- Advise leadership on recruitment and training strategies based on research.
What You Bring:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in real estate recruitment and training in Dubai.
- Education: Bachelor's degree (required).
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market.
