Real Estate Sales Agent

We are seeking an experienced real estate agent to lead our off-plan department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the off-plan real estate sector. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of driving sales and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for off-plan properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and clients.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the off-plan property market.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' needs and concerns.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, presenting them to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a focus on off-plan sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets effectively.
