Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into clients by presenting appropriate real estate investment options.
- Promote and sell off-plan and ready properties from top developers across Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
- Assist clients throughout the sales process including site visits, documentation, and after-sales support.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, new launches, and competitor offerings.
- Participate in company events, property exhibitions, and open houses to generate new leads.
- Work closely with the marketing team to leverage lead-generation campaigns and convert marketing leads into sales.
- Ensure a professional and ethical approach in all client interactions and transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Nationality Preference: Any
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales preferred, but not mandatory for high-potential candidates.
- Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Education: Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Must be proactive, results-oriented, and target-driven.
