We are seeking ambitious Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. You will represent some of Dubai’s top developers, advise clients on investment opportunities, and deliver a seamless, end-to-end experience tailored to their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through company channels and personal networks.
- Advise investors on ROI potential, payment plans, and off-plan opportunities.
- Support homebuyers with personalized guidance throughout their purchase journey.
- Negotiate, structure, and close property deals while ensuring compliance with RERA and legal standards.
- Collaborate with developers, mortgage consultants, and internal teams to deliver 360° solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, launches, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years Real Estate Experience in Dubai (off-plan sales highly valued)
- Strong closing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic or additional languages a plus).
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Driven, self-motivated, and sales-target oriented
- Knowledge of CRM and lead management tools is an advantage.
