- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Advise clients on property valuations, community trends, and investment opportunities.
- Represent clients in off-plan launches and resale transactions.
- Negotiate and close deals efficiently, ensuring compliance with RERA and company policies.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and professionalism at all times.
🔹 Qualifications
- Proven Real Estate Sales Experience (secondary & off-plan).
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property market.
- RERA Certified (or ability to obtain quickly).
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
- Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
- Immediate Availability is preferred.
