Masar Capital has an office in Dubai and works across the Primary and Secondary Markets, we are growing our team of administrators, brokers and managers in the coming year and we want you to be a part of it.

We are looking for multiple motivated, hungry, and hard-working sales professionals who want to join a growing team, this is a commission-only role working with a great management team in an exciting phase of growth, come and join us and earn marketing leading commission.

Requirements

• Dubai Real Estate Experience Is Essential (must know how to win listings and sell)
• Understanding of Dubai Land Department and RERA processes essential
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Well-presented and articulate in face-to-face meetings
• An entrepreneurial attitude and exceptionally well-motivated
• Comfortable with a Commission-Only Role
• Confident and resilient telephone manner and work ethic
• A cheerful, kind and positive working attitude to fit our company culture
• Strong administrative skills for email proposals, presentations etc
• Driving licence for travel to client meetings
