We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultants to join our growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, providing expert advice, and contributing to the company’s growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and engage with potential clients to understand their property requirements.
  • Promote and market property listings effectively to attract buyers and tenants.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and assist in closing deals.
  • Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients, developers, and landlords.
  • Keep up-to-date with Dubai’s real estate market trends, laws, and regulations.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai, preferably in off-plan sales.
  • Valid RERA license (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s property market and CRM systems.
