Real Estate Sales Manager

 

Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Secondary Market Team. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in real estate management, particularly within the Dubai market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Secondary Market Team, driving sales, and ensuring client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the Secondary Market Team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the team achieves sales targets and KPIs.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in the secondary market, focusing on both individual and team performance.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to promote our services and generate new business opportunities.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the real estate industry, specifically within the Dubai market.

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotions, and campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.

- Monitor and analyze team performance, sales activity, and market trends, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

- Stay updated with industry regulations, market conditions, and competitors' activities to ensure our services remain competitive and compliant.

 

Requirements:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate management, with a focus on the Dubai market.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.

- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including market trends, regulations, and legal requirements.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

- Results-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
