BWC Real Estate is appointing a Sales Manager to lead and grow a high-performance team of 4–7 agents, focused on off-plan with some secondary.

If you’ve got the track record, the leadership, and the fire - this is your next move.

🔥 You MUST Have:

• Currently a Sales Manager with 4+ years in Dubai real estate (non-negotiable)
• Speak Russian, Arabic or any European Language (of course... apart from English)
• A solid record of closed deals and developer relations
• Experience leading a sales team or ready to step up with confidence
• UAE driving license? Non-negotiable
• Dubai-based and ready to move fast
