We’re looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join FP Property’s team in the UAE. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who excels at closing deals, motivating a sales force, and building long-term client relationships in the property sector.

Key requirements and profile:

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience; candidates with a background in real estate sales will be preferred.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and able to work within the local market environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities — able to coach and guide agents or a small sales team toward targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with a track record of converting leads into signed deals.
• Confident in presenting properties and handling high-value client interactions.
