We are a dynamic real estate company based in Dubai, specializing in residential and commercial property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities. As we continue our strategic expansion, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales force. This is a key leadership role for a professional who is passionate about the industry, possesses deep market knowledge, and has a proven ability to drive team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to exceed individual and company sales targets.
- Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies for Secondary and Off-Plan markets to increase market share.
- Recruitment & Training: Actively recruit top talent and provide ongoing training/coaching to ensure the team stays competitive and knowledgeable.
- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, and conduct weekly performance reviews.
- Deal Closure: Assist agents in complex negotiations and ensure smooth deal progression from booking to transfer.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with Dubai’s real estate trends, RERA regulations, and competitor activities to guide the team effectively.
- Networking: Expand the company’s network with developers and high-net-worth investors.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE Real Estate market (with at least 2 years in a leadership/senior role preferred).
- Track Record: Proven history of closing deals and leading a team to success.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Dubai’s property laws, RERA regulations, and key communities.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Licensing: Valid RERA Broker Card.
- Mobility: Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle is a plus).
- Language: Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages are a strong plus).
