Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high-performing real estate sales team. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on sales involvement, strict CRM discipline, and the ability to drive revenue across primary (off-plan) and secondary (resale & leasing) markets.
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and annual targets
Drive team performance through clear KPIs, accountability, and structured reporting
Ensure full compliance with company policies, CRM usage, and RERA regulations
Oversee lead distribution, follow-ups, conversions, and deal closures
Actively support agents in negotiations, client meetings, and closing high-value deals
Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-quality sales talent
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition to guide strategy
Coordinate with marketing, administration, and management teams
Prepare regular performance reports and forecasts for senior management
Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE
Proven experience in a Sales Manager / Team Leader role
Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate laws, RERA procedures, and CRM systems
Demonstrated ability to hire, manage, and scale sales teams
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
