As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to manage, supervise and motivate the team to unleash their full capacity and achieve the target goals. Job Responsibilities:
· Establish and foster a strong working relationship with Sales Team and clients.
· Lead and supervise around 30-35 people and ensure that the team is highly motivated and manages their performance to achieve an optimal result.
· Adhere to real estate laws and has good knowledge in finance, mortgage, and related government protocols.
· Work on exclusive company projects and initiate successful integration of development plans.
· Ensure that company standards, protocols, and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultants.
· Maintain accurate records of sales, pricing, and financial activities reports.
· Constantly monitor available properties and coordinate status along the sales process.
· Accurately review sales contracts, listings, and reports.
· Exhibit strong negotiating skills in pitching sales deals to buyers
· Reports daily to the Director of the target set to achieve and how it is integrated with the whole team.
 
Requirements:
· A minimum of three to five years of related experience
· A skilled communicator with excellent negotiating skills
· RERA license
· Valid UAE Driving License
