- Hot leads in Dubai’s prime communities (Dubai Marina, JBR, Bluewaters, Emaar Beachfront, Palm Jumeirah, etc.)
- Competitive commission structure starting at 50% with escalators up to 70%
- Full visa support and assistance with RERA licensing
- Training and ongoing mentorship from top-performing agents
- Strong marketing and back-office support, from professional photo and video to targeted ad campaigns
- One of the most beautiful and comfortable offices in JBR with parking provided.
Qualifications
- Previous Dubai real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory if you have passion and you are confident and consistent we will provide you the full training.
- Fluent English; Russian, Arabic or European languages is a strong plus.
- Ambitious, motivated and ready to build a long-term career in premium real estate.
- Confident, professional communicator with a strong sales mindset.
