Duties and Responsibilities Summary:

· Business development to identify new investors and clients.

· The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.

· Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.

· Develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.

· Presentation to customers on our project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.

· Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.

· Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.

· Manage a portfolio of listings.

· Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.

· Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.

Requirements:

· Proven sales experience is preferred.

· Tele Callers experience.

· Well-presented and a good work ethics.

· Has excellent problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrates strong customer service skills.

· Possesses excellent organizational skills.

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.

· Working knowledge of computer, such as MS Office.

Education and Professional qualifications: Any degree.

Experience: 2 Year (Preferred), we are open to fresher’s as well (who has experience in other country )
