. Attend events and property launches organizedby developers
· Finding clients in need of consultancy services through calling, advertising, and business presentations
· Keep up to date with market trends and best
· Networking, Referral closure, client relationship building.
· Excellent Customer service skills
· In-depth Product Knowledge
· Perform comparative market analysis to
provide advice on the off plan property value, discuss and follow-up on
opportunities with prospective buyers
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
.RERA certified preferred
.Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business administration or related field is preferred.
.Proven experience in real estate.
.Sound knowledge of real estate laws.
.Strong negotiation skills.
.Goal oriented with a focus on personal
.Great Presentation and Interpersonal skills
.Zeal and Hunger to be a millionaire
.UAE DL & Own Car
