We are expanding our sales team and looking for a self-motivated Off Plan Specialist. Candidate will need to Stay up to date and knowledgeable on current Off Plan opportunities and key developer products. Be proactive and aggressive in own sales techniques, Guide and facilitate clients to buy directly from developers with market updates, launches, prices, etc. Negotiate between primary property buyers and developers. Maintain and develop contact with developers and clients. Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times. Complete all relevant paperwork, keep files organized and accessible and comply with office administration procedures regarding documentation and quality assurance. Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily.

REQUIREMENTS

• Driver’s License
• English, Arabic and Hindi – Required
• 1-2 years Dubai Real Estate Experience (Off Plan with proven track records)
