As a Real Estate Agent at Barnes International Realty Dubai, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

·Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

·Assist clients in identifying suitable

properties for sale, purchase, or rent based on their requirements.

·Conduct property showings, highlighting

features and benefits to potential buyers or renters.

 

Property Listings and Marketing:

·List properties for sale or rent through

effective marketing strategies.

·Create appealing property descriptions

and visuals for online and offline marketing materials.

·Utilize various marketing channels,

including online platforms and social media, to promote properties and attract

potential buyers or renters.

 

Market Research and Analysis:

·Stay updated on real estate market

trends, property values, and local market conditions.

·Provide clients with accurate and timely

information about market trends and property comparisons.

·Assist clients in setting competitive

pricing strategies for their properties.

 

Negotiation and Transactions:

·Represent clients in negotiations with

prospective buyers or sellers to achieve favourable terms.

·Prepare and present offers,

counteroffers, and purchase agreements.

·Facilitate the transaction process,

ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and

on time.

 

Client Support:

· Offer guidance and advice to

clients on real estate transactions, market trends, and investment

opportunities.

· Address client inquiries,

concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

· Provide recommendations for

property improvement or staging to enhance market appeal.

 

Networking and Business Development:

·Attend industry events, networking

functions, and community activities to expand your professional network.

·Generate leads and cultivate new

business relationships to increase sales opportunities.

·Collaborate with mortgage brokers, real

estate entities, and other professionals to facilitate transactions.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

·Proven experience of at least 3 years as

a real estate agent.

·Valid Dubai real estate license (or is willing to obtain one).

·Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate

markets and trends.

·Excellent communication and negotiation

skills.

·Customer-focused with a passion for

delivering outstanding service.

·Self-motivated and proactive in pursuing

new opportunities.

·Proficient in using real estate CRM

software and online marketing tools.
