- Build and nurture your own client base through authentic relationship building, not pushy sales
- Lead property viewings that feel more like private tours rather than open houses
- Negotiate with confidence, backed by data and deep market insights
- Stay ahead of trends, launches, and emerging neighborhoods, positioning yourself as a go-to expert
- Collaborate with a team that values creativity, innovation, and ambition
What You Bring:
- 1+ years in real estate or a proven track record in sales
- A polished, confident presence with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English is a must
- Deep knowledge or a strong curiosity to learn about Dubai’s real estate market
- Self-motivation with an entrepreneurial mindset as you treat this like your own business
- A valid UAE driving license
