We are expanding our team with driven and experienced Real Estate Brokers who are passionate about the UAE property market.

Our office is located in the heart of Dubai's real estate trade centre – Bay Square , a prime location with easy access to top developments, clients, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market and sell residential and commercial properties across Dubai and the UAE
•  
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
•  
• Provide expert advice on property sales, leasing, and investment opportunities
•  
• Keep up-to-date with real estate laws, market trends, and area developments
•  
• Conduct property viewings and site visits
•  
• Negotiate deals and close transactions professionally
•  
• Maintain accurate records and manage leads using CRM tools

Requirements:

• RERA License or Dubai Broker ID (mandatory)
•  
• Prior experience in the UAE real estate market is highly preferred
•  
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and developments (eg, Marina, JVC, Downtown, etc.)
•  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•  
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: English, Filipino, German, Chinese, Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, French
•  
• Freshers with sales experience and a valid RERA ID are also welcome
