Real Estate Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Specialist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the Dubai property market, a strong sales background, and exceptional client service skills. You will be responsible for assisting clients in Off-Plan, Secondary, Management, buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and respond to clients’ property needs and preferences.

Conduct property viewings, site inspections, and market research.

Manage listings, prepare contracts, and facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, prices, and legal requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and property owners.

Promote properties through various marketing channels (online portals, social media, open houses).

Ensure all real estate documentation complies with local laws and regulations.

Provide guidance and assistance throughout the transaction process.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a real estate agent/specialist, preferably in Dubai.

Strong understanding of the Dubai property market, regulations, and communities.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Own Visa is a Plus

Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
