Real Estate Team Leader required

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of proven experience in the real estate industry and possess a valid Dubai visa. As a Real Estate Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of real estate agents, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into successful transactions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with all real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
- Maintain a strong network of clients, developers, and industry professionals to facilitate business growth and expansion.
- Handle escalated client issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales activities, and market trends to senior management.
Requirements:
- Experience Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Valid Dubai visa and knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
