Position Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our real estate services, focusing on property management and new developments sales through effective telesales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our property management and new developments sales services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their real estate requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively pitching and closing sales over the phone.
  • Keep accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate, property management, or new developments.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends and property management practices.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in basic computer skills.
